Wouldn’t be fun to be able to make really great bagels at home? You can and it’s easier than you think!

In this hands-on event, you will learn how to make these fun and delicious twice-cooked comfort food at home.

You’ll learn to mix, proof, shape, boil, and bake New York City-worthy bagels, with classic toppings like sesame and poppy seeds, and filled with cinnamon and raisins. Plus, you’ll learn to make flavored cream cheese and butter that will make your bagels shine.

You will leave class with a dozen warm, chewy bagels, compound butter and flavored cream cheese, recipes, and the skills and know-how to make world-class bagels at home, any time!
