Making filled ravioli, tortellini, and mezzaluna at home is fun, easy, and best of all - delicious!

This hands-on, live-streaming class will teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to turn out fantastic filled pasta - in an accessible, fun, and judgment-free way. 



 How it works~


You’ll be guided step-by-step as you mix the pasta dough by hand, incorporating the eggs or olive oil with the flour, adding salt, and kneading until the dough is soft and satiny. While the dough rests, you’ll make a filling and start a marinara sauce. Then, you’ll form, fill and shape ravioli, tortellini, and mezzaluna. After a quick dip in boiling water and a restaurant-quality saucing, dinner will be served!


When we are done, you'll have recipes, a huge plate of ready-to-enjoy filled ravioli and tortellini, and the knowledge and confidence to make amazing pasta any time.   
   
Ingredients and supplies you'll need:
  • Semolina or all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 28 oz of canned tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • 4 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz hard cheese (Parm or Romano)
  • Fresh or dried herbs (thyme, oregano, etc)
  • Lemon
  • Rolling pin or wine bottle
  • Round cookie cutter or a jar/round-edge glass
  • Baking sheet
  • Saucepan
  • Cutting board
  • Fork
