Classes are $49 per person, with a minimum of two, and last about 90 minutes. Online classes are hands-on, customizable, and can booked at a time that works with your schedule.

How it works~

Making amazing cream puffs and eclairs at home is fun, easy, and best of all - delicious!

This hands-on, live-streaming class will teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to make fantastic cream puffs and eclairs - in an accessible, fun, and judgment-free way.

We will start with one pastry recipe and change it up to make two different, but equally divine creations – traditional puffs filled with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate ganache and a savory puff that is fantastic for breakfast, happy hour, or any time of day, really.

When we are done, you’ll have mastered the art of working with pate a choux and will have the skills and confidence to make cream puffs that will dazzle your friends and family.
